HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 12, Page 1163, No Ordinance Number11633 V 11 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE WEST SIDE OF SECOND STREET BETWEEN WASHINGTON STREET AND CLARK STREET AND PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMUSSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, company or cor- poration to at any time park or leave standing a vehicle of any kind on the west side of Second street between Washington street and Clark street in the City of Paducah. SECTION 2. Any person,.firm, company or corporation violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than one ($1.00) Dollar nor more than Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars, and each time any vehicle is parked in violation of Section 1 herein shall be construed to be a separate offense.
