HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 12, Page 1161, No Ordinance NumberAN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING CERTAIN SEWER LINE EASEMENTS EXECUTED BY OWNERS OF PROPERTY ON NORTH 32ND STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, FOR USE IN THE CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF SEWER, LINES FOR THE PURPOSE OF SERVING THE RESIDENTS IN THAT AREA BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C0I01ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept Sewer Line Easements executed by Margaret Grace and her children, Nora Mae Carter Harriford, Anna Ruth.Carter and Annie Jeanette Carter, Bennie Hamilton and wife, Lois Hamilton, Stanley Prudeaux and wife, Lister M. Prudeaux, Ora Griffith, a widow, Earl Harris and wife, Alice Harris, Rufus Carson and wife, Minnie Carson, Margaret Carson, a widow, and Sam Carson and wife, Doris Carson, J. R. Moody and wife, Elma Moody, Ruth Moody, a widow, and Arnold•Senter, a single man, the respective sewer line easements granting to the City of Paducah certain rights in, over and through their property on North 32nd Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for use in the construction, maintenance and operation of sewer lines to serve said area, a copy of each of which Sewer Line Easements is filed herewith and made a part of this ordinance to the same extent as if fully copied herein.
