RIGHTS OF WAY REQUIRED AS EASEMENTS OR RIGHTS OF WAY IN THE CONSTRUCT-
ION OF STORM SEWER UNDER PROJECT KY--CF-8 FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
AND PRESCRIBING THE MANNER OF APPROVING EASEMENTS OR RIGHTS OF WAY
AND PAYMENT THEREFOR
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY.
SECTION 1. That all deeds and evidence of conveyance; in-
cluding judgements for condemnation of property for use in the con-
struction of the storm sewers under Project KY -CF -8 for the City of
Paducah, when the titles therefor and said instruments conveying
easements or rights of way are approved by the legal department of
the City of Paducah shall be received and accepted by the City
Manager for and on behalf of the City of Paducah.
The City Treasurer shall pay out of the funds provided for
such purpose the agreed purchase price or the amount awarded in
condemnation when such award and•purehase price have been approved
by the Board of Commissioners, and such payments shall be considered a
ehaege against the funds granted to the City of Paducah by the Housing
and Home Finance Agency of the United State Gaernment to the extent
allowed and approved by said Agency.
The cost of titles, easements and rights in real property for
the purpose of establishing said storm sewers shall best in the City
of Paducah upon payment therefor, the execution of the deeds or other
instruments of conveyance as provided herein and delivery of same to
the City Manager.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
