WITH THE SLUM CLEARANCE AND URBAN REDEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City of Paducah, -.Kentucky be, and he
is hereby authorized to execute in behalf of said City a contract for the
employment of Fred H. Morgan as appraiser in connection with the Slum Clearance
and Urban Redevelopment Program, the same to be in conformance with the
regulations of the Housing and Home Finance Agency, and to be on a reproduction
of standard form H-667 (6-52) of that Agency,and to specify a compensation in
the amount of $1,775.00, a copy of such contract being attached hereto for
identification purposes.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
