HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 12, Page 1142, No Ordinance NumberAN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARY OF THE : JUDGE OF THE POLICE COURT OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, PROVIDING FOR PAYMENT OF SUCH SALARY; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY. SECTION 1. That the Police Judge of the City of Paducah will be paid a salary of $4800.00 per year, payable $400.00 per' monbh commencing on the first day of the term commencing in 1954 of the next duly elected Police Judge, and said salary shall be paid to him at the same time and in the same manner as the salaries of other officers and employees of the City are paid. -.Until the first day of the next regular term of office of the Police Judge, commencing in 1954, the present holder of said office shall receive the salary heretofore provided, to -wit, $305.00 per month. SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such confliot, herevy .repealed. SECTION 3.
