HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 12, Page 1141, No Ordinance Number114 AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PARKING OF VEHICLES ON SOUTH 12TH STREET BETWEEN BROADWAY AND KENTUCKY AVENUE, PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, company or corporation to, at any time, park or leave standing a vehicle of any Rind on the east side of the paved portion of South,l2th Street between Broadway and Kentucky Avenue in the City of Paducah, Kentujdky. SECTION 2. Along the west line of South 12th Street parking of vehicles shall be limited to one (1) hour continuous parking between the hours of 8:OOA.M. and 5:OOP.M. on all days except Sundays and Holidays. SECTION S. Any person, firm, company or corporation violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), and each time any vehicle is parked in violation of Sections 1 and 2 hereof shall be construed) to be a separate offense. SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinaes in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 5.
