AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: 'AN ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE WEST SIDE OF SOUTH 12TH
STREET BETWEEN BROADWAY AND KENTUCKY AVENUE, PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY
FOR VIOLATION THEREOF AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH", WHICH WAS ADOPTED ON OCTOBER -14, 1952.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY.
SECTION 1. That an ordinance containing the title quoted above
which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on October 14, 1952
be, and the same is, hereby repealed.
SECTION R. This ordinance shall be in fall force and effect
from,and after its adoption..
