AND ZONING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE RESUBDIVISION OF HARALSON AND
PILLEY FAIR OAKS DE7E1'0-IMENT, APPROVING THE PLAT OF SAID RESUBDIVISION
AND RESUBDIVIDING SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning
and Zpning Commission on April 9, 1953, entitled: "A RESOLUTION
CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED RESUBDIVISION OF HARALSON AND PILLEY
FAIR OAKS DEVELOPMENT, be approved as the final report of said Commission
respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the property known as Haralson and P£lley Fair
Oaks Development, a plat of which is of record in Plat Book "D", page 40
in the office of the Clerk of the McCracken County Court, is hereby
declared to be resubdivided as shown on the new plat prepared by
E.C. Borman, entitled "Fernwood Homes Inc., Haralson and Pilley
Fair Oaks Development". which said plat has been approved by the
Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission and bears the signatures
and acknowledgements of the Chairman of said Commission and the City
Engineer under date of April 9, 1953, and said plat is hereby approved.
Appropriate notation of this action shall be placed upon the
record of the original plat in Plat Bood "D", page 40, aforesaid
Clerk's office.
SECTION 3. That tf any section, paragraph or provision of this
ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for
any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or
provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision
hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make
each and every section, paragraph, and provision hereof separable from
all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION I. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
II effect from and after the date on which the aforesaid plat is lodged
for record in the office of the Clerk of the McCracken County Court.
