KENTUCKY GAS COPIPANY PERMITS TO LAY GAS MAINS IN THE GRASS PLOTS OF CERTAIN
STREETS, AND PRESCRIBING THE CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SAID PERMITS SHALL BE
GRANTED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CODEILSSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah authorize the City Engineer
to grant to the Western Kentucky Gas Company permits to lay gas mains in
the following grass plots:
[Nest grass plot of Mississippi street, northiaardly
from Beiderman street approximately 520 feet.
North grass plot of Tennessee Street westwardly
from 25th street, approximately 1$$0 feet.
Said permits shall be granted upon condition -diat said company comply with all
the provisions of an ordinance entitled: "APT ORDINANCE REGULATING THE DIGGING,
OPENING OR EXCAVATING IN ANY STREET, SIDEWALK, GRASS PLOT; ALLEY OR OTHER PUBLIC
WAY OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND FIXING THE PENALTY FOR ANY VIOLATION
THEREOF", which was adopted on December 4, 1946, as amended thereafter, and
also with the provisions of another ordinance entitled;, "Al OBDINANCE'FURTHER
REGULATING THE DIGGING, OPENING OR EXCAVATING IN AI4Y STREET, SIDEWALK, GRASS
PLOT OR OTHER PUBLIC WAY IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND FIXING THE PEE,41T'_
FOR AIIY VIOLATION! THEREOF11, which was adopted on -June 17, 1947.
SECTION 2. This'Resolution shall be,in full force and effect zoom and
after its adoption.
