IRENE HABACKER VJHEREAS the City of Paducah by ordinance adopted on July 31, 1946, as shown in Ordinance Book 10, page 14.312 approved and authorized the sale to Mrs. Irene Habacker of a certain lot then owned by the City located on South 17th Street between Broadway and Kentucky Avenue for the surn of 000.00 cash con- sideration; and I'IIIEREAS said deed having been executed on or about July 31, 1946 by the City and delivered to Mrs. Habacker, and she having paid said consideration to the City; and WHEREAS, it has been reported that said purchase deed has become lost same was recorded, and said purchaser desiring evidence of her title, TI0:11 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COPI11CSSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTIO14 1. That Mayor Robert C. Cherry, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Quit Claim Deed to Mrs. Irene Habacker of a lot authorized by ordinance adopted July 31, 1946 to be con- veyed to her as evidenced in Ordinance Book 10, page 14.31, said property being more particularly described as follows: Lying and being in Paducah, McCracken County Kentucky and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west side of 17th Street 192 feet from the southwest corner of Broadway and 17th streets; thence with the west line of 17th street and toward Kentucky Avenue 47 feet to a point; thence at right angles and parafeetltolaN�16Tthe south foot alley;line of thence atoawa12 right angles with the line of said alley and toward Broadway 47 feet; thence at right angles and parallel with the south line of Broadway 127 feet to the point of beginning. Being Tract No. 1 of property conveyed to City of Paducah by deed from T. A. Miller, Plaster Commissioner, dated November 6, 1910, and recorded in Commissioner's Deed Book 10, page 255, T%icCracken County Court Clerk's Office. SECTION 2.
