AN ORDINANCE APPROVING 77.1E FIIIAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLfLNNING
AND ZONING COUddISSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY ON THE NORM'
SIDE OF BROAM%Y, BETWEEN THE PRESENT B-1 ZONE AND 26TH STREET AND
A74ENDING ITIE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CONIIISSIONEBS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, IMWTUCKY.
SECTION 1. That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning
and Zoning Commission on February 19, 1953 entitled: "A RESOLUTIOW
COIvSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING
COi5jISSI0II ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY ON THE HORTEI SIDE
OF BROADWAY, BE27,1991d THE P_RESEIVT B_1 ZONE AND 26TH STREET", be
approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters
therein set forth.
SECTIOII R. That the zone classification of the following
property be, and it is hereby, changed from R-3 to 3-1:
Me property bounded on the south by the
north line of Broadway, on the east by the
west line of the present .8-1 zone between 24th
and 25th streets, on the west by the east line
of 26th street and on the north by a line running
parallel to Broadway half way between Broadway
and Jefferson street.
SECTION 3. .That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map
referred to in Section 13 thereof entitled "CITY OF PADUCAH PLAN -
ZONING NAP" Be,and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for
in Section 2 Hereof.
SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this
ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for
any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or
provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision
hereof, it being the pu7-pose and intent of this ordinance to make each
and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all
other sections, paragraphs and provisions, so that if any section
paragraph or provision hereof shall be found to be invalid, inoperative
or ineffective, the deficiency or invalidity thereof shall not affect
anfj other section, paragraph or provision, hereof.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
