SOCTION 1. That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah planning
and Zoning Commission on February 20, 1953, entitled: "A R2SOLUTIOl✓
CONSTITUTING T,YR FINAL REPORT OF TKR PADUCAK PLAJdr'JIi✓G AP.D ZOATII;TG
00""'ISSI011 ON TN PROPOSuD R3Z01171VG OF PROPnRTY ON TH& SCUTI-lgAST
CORNER On 17TK STRR+sT AIvD BROADWAY, be approved as the final report
of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECT -101.1 2. That the zone classification of the following
property be, and is hereby, changed ,from R-3 to B-3:
Beginning at a point in the south Zine of Broadway 120
feet east of the east line of 17th street; thence west
along the south line of Broadway to the east line of 17th
street; thence south with the east line of 17th street
to the north line of the present B-3 zone; thence east
along the north line of the present 3-3 zone 120 feet;
thence north parallel with 17th street to the beginning.
SWTIOV 3. .That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map
referred to in Section 13 thereof entitled "CITY OF PADUCAK PLAV-
ZOTII✓G i-13" be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for
in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION a_. That if any section, paragraph or provision of
this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid
for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph
or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision
hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each
and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other
sections, paragraphs and provisions, so that if any section paragraph
or provision hereof shall be found to be invalid, inoperative or ineffective
the deficiency or .invalidity thereof shall not affect any other section
paragraph or provision hereof.
SRCTIOIJ 5. This ordinance shall be in ,fall force and effect
from and after its adoption.
