WESTERN KENTUCICY GAS COMPANY PENJITS TO LAY GAS RAINS IN CERTAIN GRASS
PLOTS IN TIS' CITY OF PADUCAH, AI✓D PRESCRIBING T11E CONDITIONS UPON WT -ICH
SAID PERIiITS S14LL BE GRANTED
BE IT RESOLVED BY TFC' BOARD OF C0R KISSIOEERS OF PIN CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY.
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah authorize the City Engineer
to grant to the Western Kentucky Gas Company permits to lay gas mains in
the following grass plots:
East grass plot of 16th street between Madison and Harrison
streets, running approximately 300 feet from iladison.
Approximately 250 feet of gas main in the East grass plot of
31st street, northwardly from Clark Street.
East grass plot of 29th street, beginning or Clark street and rundng
southwardly approximately 675 feet.
Said permits shall be granted upon condition that said company comply
with all the provisions of an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING
TTS' DIGGING, OPENING OR EXCAVATING I1✓ ANY STREET, SIDETIALK, GRASS PLOT,
ALLEY OR OTHER PUBLIC ;JAY OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KEI✓TVCKY, AND FIXI?I>
THE PEATALTY FOR ANY VIOLATION THEREOF", which was adop*-d on September
4, 1946, as amerided `$hereafter, and also with the provisions of another
ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINALVCE FURTTR,7R REGULATING THE DIGGING, OPENING
OR EXCAVATING IN ANY STREET, SIDENIALK, GRASS PLOT OR OTHER PUBLIC WAY
IN TEE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AI✓D FIXING THE PENALTY FOR ANY VIOLATIOIsr
THEREOF", which was ¢dopted on dune 17, 1947.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
