AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANC
FIXING AND ADJUSTING THE RATES OF PAY OF CERTAIN TEMPORARY OR SEASONAL NON -CIVIL
SERVICE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND THEIR PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT", IDU CH
WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF C0141ISSIONERS ON January 30, 1953
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance containing the title quoted
above, which was adopted on January 30, 1953, be amended and reordained so
that said section as amended and reordained shall read as follows:
"SECTION 1.
That from and after the first day of January, 1953, the monthly and
hourly rates of compensation to the following temporary or seasonal non -civil
service employees of the City of Paducah shall be the amount set opposite the
designation of such employment, to -wit:
Position
Field -Office Helper
Clerk -typist (finance Department)
Clerk -typist (Fmnance Department)
Clerk -typist (Finance Department)
Janitor
Dog Catcher
Superintendent
Equipment Operator (Sanitary Division)
Truck Drivers (Sanitary Division) (7 positions)
Laborers (Sanitary Division)(20 positions)

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
