AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR PAYRENT OF RENT BY CE1fETERY SUPERINTEI✓DENT
WHILE OCCUPYING CEXETERY RESIDENCE
WHEREAS the City of Paducah has heretofore furnished the Cemetery
Superintendent a residence at 1611 Parts Avenue on or adjacent to the
Oak Grove Cemetery without charge to the Superintendent; and
I REAS when the Cemetery Superintendent's salary was last raised
it was contemplated that a rent charge of .x;35.00 per month be levied on
him for the use and occupancy of said residence;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C01•911ISSI0IVERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KE✓✓TUCZY:
SECTION 1. That beginning on February 1, 1953 the City of Paducah
charge rental of ;'35.00 per month from the cemetery Superintendent for
the use and occupancy of a certain residence on or adjacent to the Oak
Grove Cemetery and known as 1611 Park Avenue, which rental shall be
payable in advance on the first day of each month.
SECTION R. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in fall force and effect from
and after its adoption.
