A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO GRANT TO THE TIESTERN
KENTUCKY GAS COMPANY A PERMIT TO LAY A GAS MAIN IN 17IE WEST GRASS PLOT
OF 15TH STREET, AND PRESCRIBING THE CONDITIONS UPON 19HICH SAID PERIiIT
SHALL BE GRANTED
BE IT .RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF C0jtg..1ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
1MVTUCKY.
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah authorize the City Engineer to
grant to the Western Kentucky Gas Company a permit to lay a gas main
in the west grass plot of 15th street northwardly from Kentucky Avenue
a distance of approximately 200 feet.
Said permit shall be granted upon condition that said company complies
with all the provisions of an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE
REGULATING 773E DIGGING, OPENING OR EXCAVATING IN ANY STREET, SIDEWALK,
GRASS PLOT, ALLEY OR OTIRR PUBLIC 'WAY OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
AND FIXING 7Tu, PENALTY FOR ANY VIOLATION THEREOF", GIHICH was adopted on
September 4, 1946, as amended thereafter, and also with the provisions of
another ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE FURT7IER REGULATING THE DIGGING,
OPENING OR EXCAVATING IN ANY STREET, SIDEWALK, GRASS PLOT, ALLEY OR
OTHER PUBLIC WAY IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,KENTUCKY, AND FIXING THE PENALTY
FOR ANY VIOLATION THEREOF", which was adopted on June 17, 1947.
SECTION R. This Resolution shall be in ,fall force and effect from
and after its adoption.
