A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE BY THE CITY 1uLVAGER, ON B91 LP OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, OF CERTAIN SCRAP IRON AND TRUCK IN THE STREET DEPARMENT
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recently taken steps to clean up the
street department and to dispose of old scrap iron and an unusable 1935
track, the disposal of which is believed to be to the best interest of the
City of Paducah and is approved by the Board of Commissioners.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF C0jV1,1ISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the action of the City Manager in disposing of
scrap iron salvaged from the street department and sold to Tick Brothers
in the amount of ?241.63, and also the sale and disposal of a 1935 flat
bottom truck to Rudy Tucker in the amount of 035.00 be, and the same is
hereby, approved and ratified.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in ,full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
