That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission on January 15, 1953, entitled: "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTIJIG THE FINAL REPORT OF TIL PADUCAI PLURIING AND ZONING COiNISSION Oil TFL PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY ON TFL SOUTFPrTEST CORNER OF 23RD AND JACKSON STREET", be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth. SECTION R. That the zone classification of the following property be, and it is hereby, changed from R-2 to R-4: Beginning at a point in the south line of Jackson Street 150 feet west of the west line of 23rd street; thence in a southerly direction at right angles to Jackson street to the north line of the new Belt Line Highway; thence in a westerly direction along the north line of Beltline Highway to its intersection with the south line of Jackson street; thence in an easterly direction along the south line of Jackson street to the beginning. SECTIOIl 3. That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and themzp referred to in Section 13 thereof entitled "CITY OF PADUCAH PLAI,-ZONING iL4P" be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 2 hereof. SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions, so that if any section, paragraph or provision hereof shall be found to be invalid, inoperative or ineffective, the deficiency or invalidity thereof shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof. SECT1011 5.
