STREET AND OLD HAYFIELD ROAD AIVD Ai•YENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDIRWiCE SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZOhTING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C0111fISSI0rVERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCATI, KENTUCKY: SECTIO011. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission on January 8, 1953, entitled: "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTIIIG TIS FINAL REPORT OF T-_'3 PADUCAH PLAAnIItVG AND ZONIIIG C01v1ISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZ011ING OF PROPERTY ON THE NORTHVEST COPIVEP. OF 252H STREET AND OLD 1141YFIELD ROAD", be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth. SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following property be, and it is hereby, changed from R-2 to R-3: "Beginning at the northwest corner of the intersection of old ltilayfield Road and 25th Street, as shown by plat of record in Plat Book D, page 74, McCracken County Court Clerk's office; thence in a northerly direction along the west Zine of Old i•layfield Road 157.48 feet to a point in said line; thence in a westerly direction at an interior angle of 104 degrees 26 minutes 155 feet to a point; thence at right angles in a southerly direction 45 feet to a point; thence in a southeasterly direction at an interior angle of 151 degrees 16 minutes 170.17 feet to a point in the north Zine of 25th street; thence in an easterly direction along the north Zine of 25th street to the beginning." SECTION S. That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred to in Section 13 thereof entitled "CIT' OF PADUCAH PLAIT-ZOIIING Imo" be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 2 hereof. SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions, so that if any section, paragraph or provision hereof shall be found to be invlaid, inoperative or ineffective, the deficiency or invalidity thereof shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof. SECTION 5.
