SECTI011 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of R.A.
Brid Bator, loin_ business as 3.A.Eridgiater Sanitary Garbage D'iau nal
Company, for the purchase of the aforesaid garbaGo and rubbish
franchise for the aim of •„41,SOO, said purchace price to be paid in
installments as follows: On each January 1,:pril 1, July 1, and
Cetober 1 in the years 1950 and 1951 the cum of 02.50; on each
January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 in the yearn 19513 and
1955 the sum of ,,;87.50; and on each January 1, April 1, July 1, ar.
October 1 in the years 1954, 1955, 1955, 1957, 1950 and 1959 the
sum of ,;150.00, and the Laic of said franchise is hereby ratifieu
and unproved upon the condition that said purchaser shall, within
ten days from thin data, acecuto and deliver to the City of -aduca
a bond in the nwn oC .:20,000 as provided undsr Section 28 oi' said
franchise ordlnanco, and upon the further condition that said
