AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN INCREASE IN THE MINIMUM, CHARGE TC
ALL CUSTOMERS FOR 47ATER SERVICE OUTSIDE THE CORPORATE LIMTS OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AILD FIXII4G THE MINIMUPf CHARGE FOR
SUCH SERVICE
BE IT ORDAINED BY TILE BOARD OF O)I,%-.ISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, IMIITUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the recoimnendation of the
Corrmissioners of the Paducah dater "orks to increase the minimum
charge to all customers for water service outside the corporate
limits of the c ity, and tha t t he c ity approve tnd ratify the
following minimum charges to all consumers of water outside the
corporate limits, excepting those consumers within the Lone Oak
,9a ter District, to -wit:
For 5/8" Meter the minimum charge will be •l.25
For 3/4" Pieter the minimum charge will be 2.00
For 1" Meter the minimum charge will be 3.75
For 1-" Meter the minimum charge will be 7.50
For 2" I„eter the minimum charge will be 12.50
The above minimum charges to cover the supply of crater at the same
rates now in effect, up to the total of such minimum charge, and t
be effective with the August, 1947, readings and billings.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
