AN ORDINAVCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF ME CITY
(I PLANNING AND ZONING CON31ISSION PROVIDING FOR THE PLACING OF

BUILDING RESTRICTIONS ON THE P'?OPERTY ON BRIDGE STREET FROM
REEDER STREET TO THE CITY LIMITS, AND PRESCRIBING TiiE PENALTY
FOR VIOLATION OF SAID RESTRICTIONS AS SET FORTH IN A RESOLUTION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COrYISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PAMCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That upon the recommendation and request of
the City Planning and Zoning Commission as shotirn by its final
report embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on December 3, 1949,
no person, firm or corporation shall be permitted tc construct any
building or buildings closer than ten (10) feet from the front
property line on either side of Bridge Street from Reeder Street
to the City Limits.

SECTION 2. Any property owner, tenant or other person who
erects, constructs or reconstructs any building in violation of or
contrary to the aforesaid provisions of this ordinance, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall
be fined in any sum not less than x10.00 nor more than 4;100.00 for
each offense so committed and each day such offense is cowm itted

shall be deemed a separate offense and shall be subject to a
e arate penalty under the !
s p y provisions hereof, or the person so
offending or so guilty of violation of the provisions hereof, may,
in addition to such fine be imprisoned not more than fifty (LO) I
days at the discretion of the Judge or Jury trying the case.
Six TION 3. This ordinance shall ue in full force and effect
from and after its adoption. '
