CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTT_ON 1.
that the City of Paducah authorize the City Engineer
to grant unto the Kentucky Utilities Company a permit for the
I
laying of gax mains in the grass plot on the east side of the
old .:ayfield Road from Coxey street to Guthrie Lvenuo and in
the grass plot on the north side of "ontucky ;venue from 16th
Street to 14th Street, if extended, and that said permit be
granted upon the condition that said Company comply with all
of the provisions of an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE

RE3ULA7Tl7G T:E DIGGING, OPENING OR EXCAVATING IN ANY STREET,
SIDEVIALK, GRASS PLOT, ALLEY OR OTHER PUBLIC :JAY OF THE CITY
j OF PAEUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND FIXING THE PENALTY FOR ANY VIOLATION
THEREOF", which was adopted on September 24, 1946 and as
amended on October 22, 1946, and also with the provisions of
another ordinance entitled: "AN ORDIN,iNCE FURTHER REGULATING
OPL'NING OR EYCAVATING IN ANY STREET, SIDEI'lALK,
GIL.SS FDDT, AT.LEY OR OTHER PUBLIC 11'AY IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
Y.ENTUCKY, AND FIXTING T!:S PENALTY FOR ANY VIOLATION THEREOF",
which was adopted on June 17, 1947.
SECTION 2.
