OF ANY BIND IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND FIXING THE P;
FOR ANY VIOLATION THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OP COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTJCKY:
SECTION 1.
The shooting of a.pneumatic gun in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky is hereby prohibited and it shall be unlawful for any
person to shoot a gun of this kind within the corporate limits.
SECTION 2.
Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon
conviction thereof, be fined not less than Five (.;"5.00) Dollars,
nor more than Twenty-five (325.00) Dollars for each offense.
SEC TION 3.
This ordinance simll be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
