AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING JULY 1 TO JUNE 30 AS THE FISCAL
YEAR OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND PRIVIDING THAT THE NEXT FISCAL PER
SHALL RUN FROM JANUARY 1, 1950 TO JUNE 30, 1951
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The fiscal year of the City of Paducah shall beg
on July 1 and end on the following June 30, and the first such fisc)
year shall begin on July 1, 1951.
SECTION 2. The next fiscal period after adoption of this
ordinance, for the purpose of an annual audit and for all other
purposes connected with a fiscal year period, shall begin on
January 1, 1950, and shall end on June 30, 1951.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflic
herewith, to the extent of such conflict, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
