JR., OF LOTS 4 AND 5 ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WASHINGTON STREET
BETNEEN 29TH STREET AND NAHM STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR PRO TEM AND THE CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONEOS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Frank
Beckenbaugh, Jr., in the sum of $,625.00 cash for the purchase of
Lots 4 and 5 of Hamiltons subdivision, as shown by plat
recorded in Plat Book "C", page 59, McCracken County Court
Clerk's Office, said lots being located on the South side of
Washington street between 29th street and Nahm street; and
the Mayor Pro Tem and t hd City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, a deed
of conveyance to said property.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
