A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE WAIVER OF REMOVAL
PROVISIONS OF SECTION 313 OF THE LANHAM ACT WITH RESPECT
TO PROJECT KY -V-15140 IN PADUCAH, KENTUQKY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, which board has jurisdiction
over the area in which Project Ky-V-15140 of the City
of Paducah, Kentucky, is located, that the waiver of the re-
moval requirements of Section 313 of the Lanham Act (Public
Law 849, 76th Congress, as amended) with respect to said
project js hereby specifically approved in accordance with
the Independent Offices Appropriation Act, 1950.
