SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as
shown by its final report
embodied in a resolution adopted by it on May 16th, 1947, the
plat of the subdivision of property located at 3142 Kentucky
Avenue, and recorded in Flat Look "C", pa,e 66, LicCracken
County Court "lerk`s Office, be, and the same is hereby.
approved.
SECTIO: 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
