T A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR PRO -TEM AND THE
CITZ CLERK TO EXECUTE A REQUEST TRAT THE HOUSING AND HOME
FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR RELINQUISH AND TRANSFER TO THE CITY OF
!PADUCA H ALL PROPERTY RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST OF THE UNITED
STATES IN VETERANS' HOUSING PROJECT Ky-V-15140
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
ITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah request that the Housing and
�IHome Finance Administrator relinquish and transfer to it,
without monetary consideration, all contractual rights of
he Government (including the right to revenues and other
i roceeds) and all property right, title and interest of the

United States in and to the Veterans' Housing Project in
Paducah, Kentucky, Project Ky-V-15140; and the '"ayor Pro
j7 n and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and empowered,
for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, to execute said
equest pursuant to Section 505 (a) of the Lanham Act (Public
V-1 849, 76th Congress) as extended by the Independent
Offices Appropriation Act, 1950.
SECTION 2.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
rom and after its adoption.
