AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, PADUCAH
CABLE AUTHORITY, PADUCAH COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND PADUCAH
JUNIOR COLLEGE FOR THE OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENTAL ACCESS
CHANNEL BY PADUCAH COMMUNITY COLLEGE
., BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute an
Agreement between the City of Paducah, Paducah Cable Authority, Paducah Community
College and Paducah Junior College for the operation of the Governmental Access
Channel by the Paducah Community College.
SECTION 2. Funding in the amount of $60,000.00 for the
aforementioned services shall be awarded by the City of Paducah on an annual basis
beginning July 1, 2002.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 001-
2811-535-2307.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
