AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO JOHN M. MOLOTT ACID
WIFE AND SYLVESTER JONES AND WIFE OF LOTS 13 AND 14 LOCATED
AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF KOER14CR AND PARKER STREETS; LOT 14
IN BLOCK 12 ON THE EAST SIDE OF MAIN STREET XiD LOT 5 IN BLOCK
"B" ON THE EAST SIDE OF LOCUST DRIVE IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MA YOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS Oi THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of John PI.
iEolott and .rife and Sylvester Jones and wife in the sum of
x140.00 cash for the purchase of Lots 13 and 14 located at the
Northeast corner of Koerner and Parker Streets•; lot 14 in
Block 12 of Thurman, Hughes, Herzog and Bethel Addition to the
City of Paducah as shown by plat of said addition recorded in
Plat Book "A", pages 80 and 81, McCracken County Court Clerk's
Office; also Lot 5 in Block "B", Gilson, Rock and Tally's
Addition as shown by plat recorded in Plat Book "A", page 27,
aforesaid Clerk's office; and the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City
of Paducah, a deed of conveyance to said property.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
