BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C0141'.II..SIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKI:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept of ./. J. Pierce, Agent
for Finis :Erann, the sum of ,,'37.50 for the purchase of Lot 73
in Block 3 of Lincoln ITei�hts Cubdivisior_, ao sho,:rn by plat of
said subdivision recorded in Plat Look "A", pages 268 and 269,
and t hat the Cit;; of Faducah also accept of IV. J. Pierce, Agent -
for Connie Peoples and his wife, Glenarvon =eoples, the sum
of :`;:.37.50 for the purchase of Lot 74 in—Llock 3 in the aforesaid
Lincoln i;ei`hts Subdivision, and the Layor Pro Tem and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the
City of Paducah a deed conveying the aforesaid Lot 73 to Finis
Brann and a deed conveying the aforesaid Lot 74 to Connie Peoples
and his wife, Clenarvon Feoples.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adobtion.
