SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of J. A.
Willis in the sum of ;325.00 for the purchase of Lot 2 of
namilton's subdivision to the City of Paducah, as shown by plat
recorded in flat boor "C", rage 59, LcCracken County Court Clerks:
Office; and the Mayor Fro Tem and the City Clerk are hereby
aut;;orized to ex3cute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah,
a deed of conveyance to said property.
SECTIO:' 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
