AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR TlIE SALE TO J. H. JOINER
OF LOTS 15 AND 16 IN BLOCK 8 ON ME EAST SIDE OF ROCK STREET
IN 1HE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AMD AUTHORIZIivG THE, MAYOR
AND CITY CLERIC TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID
PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COInh;IaSIONERS OF 'dIE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of
J. H. Joiner in the sum of •;'100.00 cash for the purchase
of Lots 15 and 16 in Block 8, Gilson, Rock and Tully's
Addition to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, as shown by
plat recorded in Plat Book "A", pages 25 and 27, I,?cCracken
County Court Clerk's Office; and the s:ayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute, for and on Lehalf of the
City of Paducah, a deed of conveyance to said property.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance s'all be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
