It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, association or organization of any '_rind to suspend any banner across or along any street, sidewalk or other public way of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for the purpose of advertising a personts candidacy for public office or for any other purpose. SECTION 2. Any person, firm, corporation, association or organization violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable bj a fine of not less than 1,;5.00 and not more than :,;100.00, and each day such offense is committed shall be deemed a senarate offense and shall be subject to a separate penalty under the provisions of this ordinance. SECTIOaI 3. All ordir.^nces and parts of ordinances in conflict 1_eretirth are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECT=O:: = This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
