SECTIO11 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of 'William
Ralph -Flood in the sum of 4250.00 for the purchase of Lot 6
in the F.amilton Subdivision, as shown by plat recorded in
Plat gook "C", page 59, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office,
said lot is located on the South side of ;Yashington Street
between 29th Street and Nahm Street, %25.00 of the purchase
price to be paid in cash and the balance at the rate of ;10.00
per month with 6o interest; and the :.:a;,or Fro Tem and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of
the City of Paducah, proper instruments of conveyance to said
property.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
