AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING TNF. SALE TO JAMES W. TRIPLETT
ND WIFE OF A LOT LOCATED ON THE NOR TI SIDE OF SEITZ STREET
80 FEET EAST OF 24TH STREET IPI THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY;
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR PRO TEM AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKC:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of James W.
Triplett in the sum of x45.00 cash for the purchase of a lot
on the north side of Seitz Street, being Lot 18 in Block 11,
O'Bryan's Addition, recorded in Deed Book 73, page 433, MCCradken
County Court Clerk's Office; and the Mayor Pro Tem and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the
City of Paducah, a deed of conveyance to said property.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
