AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF
PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF TRIM -LE STREET BETWEEN 321,11) STREET
AIZ CRUSE AVENUE, WHICH WAS ACCEPTED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMLISSION B'C ITS FINAL REPORT EMBODIED IN A RESOLUTION
ADOPTED ON J M 22, 1949.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIVWISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCILY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a resolution adopted by it on June 22, 1949,
the plat of the subdivision of property located on the north
side of Trimble Street between 32nd Street and Cruse Avenue,
and recorded in Plat Book "D", page 29, McCracken County
Court Clerk's Office, be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
