AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SALE TO CONNOR 14.
BOLEN OF LOT 40 OF MECHANICSBURG SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF
PADUCAN, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of
Connor M. Bolen in the sum of :P'20.00 cash for the purchase
of Lot 40 of Mechanicsburg Subdivision, as shown by plat
recorded in Deed Book "T", page 544, McCracken County Court
Clerk's Office, said lot fronting 40 feet on the :'lest side of
Woodward Avenue and extending back toward Clements Street at
an uniform width 125 feet to a 25 foot alley; and the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and on
behalf of the Cit.,, of Paducah, a deed of conveyance to said
property.
