STUDEBAKER CHAMPION FOUR DOOR SEDANS BY TRADING IPI THREE POLICE CARS BEARING 1949 KENTUCKY LICENSE NUIdBE] 5069, 5072 AND 5073, AND ACCEPTING THE BID OF KING-'WOODALL MOTOR SAI FOR SALE OF THREE NEW PLYMOUTHS DE LUXE FOUR DOOR SEDANS BY TRADING iN THREE POLICE CARS BEA_'I?`:G 1949 Y.EITT[iCKY LICE_ISE NU1.1LERS 5070, 5074 AND 5071, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE THEREOF BE IT ORDAINED BY THE EDARD OF COTEMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, accept the bid of Vaughn and Wallace Motor Company in the sum of },1,543.79 for the sale of three new Studebaker Champion four door sedans, said sum representing the difference between the sale price of said three new automobiles and the trade-in value allowed for police cars bearing 1949 Kentucky license numbers 5069, 5072 and 5073, and that the City of Paducah accept the bid of King-17oodall Motor Sales in the sum of 42,530.65 !for the sale of three new Plymouth De Luy_e four door sedans, said sum representing the difference between the sale price of said three new automobiles and the trade-in value allowed for police cars bearing 1949 Kentucky license numbers 5070, 5074 and 5071. SECTION 2. That the City tanager be, and he is hereby authorized to enter into and execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah) ;contracts for the purchase o£ the aforesaid new automobiles from. Vaughn and Wallace Motor Company and King -Woodall Motor Sales, pro- vided that said contracts may contain such covenants and conditions which the City Manager may deem necessary. SECTION 3.
