AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF
A TRACT OF LAND ON BURNETT STREET BETYEEN 11th STREET AND 12TH
STREET, WHICH WAS ACCEPTED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION BY ITS FINAL REPORT EMBODIED IN A RESOLUTION ADOPTED
ON MAY 21, 1949
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a resolution adopted by it on May 21, 1949, the
plat of the subdivision of a tract of land on Burnett Street
between 11th Street and 12th Street, and recorded in Plat
Book "D", page 27, McCracken Count;; Court Clerk's Office,
be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
