AN ORDINANICE AUrTIORIZING THE SALE i0 LOUISE AND CHARLES
MLIOTT OF A LOT LOCATED ON TILE SOUTH SIDE OF STARKE AVEPUE,
400 FEET EAST OF KRUGER AVENUE IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY;
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR PRO TET: AND TIE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKYG:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Louise and
Charles Elliott in the sum of :,100.00 cash for the purchase of
Lot 152 in Utterback and Bell Addition in Paducah, as shown by
plat of said Addition of record in Plat Book A, page 230 in the
McCracken County Court Clerkts Office, said lot having a frontage
of 50 feet on the South side of Starke Avenue and beginning 400
feet east of Kruger Avenue; and the Mayor Pro Tem and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the
City of Paducah, a deed of conveyance to said property.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its Adoption.
