HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 11, Page 689, No Ordinance Numbery 689 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING TRUCK TRAFFIC ON CLAY STREET BETNEEN 3RD AND 5TH STREETS AND ON 4TH STREET BETNEEN HARRISON AND PARK AVENUE EXCEPT FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES; AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIRJISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. Trucks are prohibited from using Clay street between 3rd and 5th Streets and 4th Street between Harrison and except for business stops within this area that cannot be made without using these streets. SECTION 2. Any person, firm or corporation driving, owning or leasing a truck which is used in violation of this ordinance shall be fined not less than $5.00 nor more than $25.00 for each offense.
