AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SALE TO A. E. COLE
OF TWO LOTS LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF MADISON STREET
WEST OF 21ST STREET; AND AUTHORIZING THE I;4AYOR PRO TEM
AND THE CITY CLERIC TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO
SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCICY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the offer
of A. E. Cole in the sum of $300.00 cash for the purchase
of two (2) lots located on the south side of Madison
Street, said lots each having a frontage of 50 feet on
Madison Street anf beginning one hundred feet west of
21st Street; and the Mayor Pro Tem and the City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the
City of Paducah, a deed of conveyance to said property.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
