AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF
PROPERTY ON ROSS AVENUE BETWEEN 27TH STREET AND JOE CLIFTON
DRIVE, WHICH WAS ACCEPTED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION BY ITS FINAL REPORT E14BODIED IN A RESOLUTION
ADOPTED ON JANUARY 5, 1949.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request oftheCity
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report.
embodied in a resolution adopted by it on January 5, 1949,.
the plat of the subdivision of a tract of land located on
Ross Avenue between 27th Street and Joe Clifton Drive, and
recorded in Plat Book "D", page 26, McCracken County Court
Clerk1s Office, be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
