AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF ME SUBDIVISION OF
PROPERTY LOCATED AT #1250 NORTH 13TH STREETS IN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, 19HICH WAS ACCEPTED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND
ZONING C0124ISSION BY ITS FINAL REPORT AD;'PTED ON MRCH 21, 1947
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on March 21, 1947,
the plat of the subdivision of property located at #1250
North 13th Street, and recorded in Plat Book "C", page 61,
McCracken County Court Cler'k's Office, be, and the same is
hereby approved.
SEC TIO:: 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
