EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND REPEALING ALL 0?DINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIM BOARD OF COI:SlISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The monthly salaries of non -civil -service em-
ployees of the City of Paducah, provided said salaries are not
changed by any annual apportionment ordinance adopted hereafter,
11shall be as follows:
Position Monthly Salary
Corporation Counsel ,1285.00
Asst. Corporation Counsel 135.00
City Physician (white) 225.00
City Physician (colored) 165.00
Secretary to City Judge 125.00
SECTION 2. Nithin the limits of annual appropriations for
temporary personnel, the City Treasurer may pay not to exceed $,20.00
per month to the Secretary to the City Judge in addition to the abo-,
salary, dependent upon itis determination of the quantity and cuality
of work performed each month for his office by said Secretary, and
the determination of the City Treasurer as to amounts to be paid to
said Secretary for such work each month shall be final and conclu-
sive.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflic
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be retroactively effective
on and after January 1, 1949, and the salaries authorized herein
shall be paid for services rendered on and f ter January, 949.
