AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF LOT
IN BLOCK 5 IN GLENdOOD SUBDIVISION IN TIIE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCK:
WHICH WAS ACCEPTED BY ME CITY PLANNING AND ZONI2IG COMM I331014 BY
ITS FINAL REPORT E&_BODIED IN A RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON APRIL 18, 194'
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C OMMI63IONERS OF THE CITY
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report embodi
in a resolution adopted by it on April 18th, 1947, the plat of the
subdivision of Lot 3 in Block 5 in Glenwood Subdivision, located
on the 'Nest side of 23rd Street between Lindsey and Kruger Streets,
and recorded in Plat Book "C", page 64, McCracken County Court
Clerk's Office, be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
