A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING R. V. GREEN TO APPEAR
FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AT THE HEARING
BEFORE THE FEDERAL POWER COMMISSION IN THE TEXAS GAS
TRANSMISSION CORPORATION MATTER NOW PENDING BEFORE
SAID COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, that R. V. Green appear
before the Federal Power Commission on behalf of the
City of Paducah in the Texas Gas Transmission Corporation
matter and that he use his utmost efforts to obtain an
adequate supply of natural gas for the city.
