SECTION 1.
That upon the recomm-ndation and request of the City
Flanninr and Zonin., Commission as shun by its final report
embodied in a resolution adopted by it on October lo, 1943,
the plat of the subdivision of property on '�eidermar Street
:west of L'ississippi Street, and recorded in 'Flat Look "D",
page 24, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office, be and
the same is hereby approved.
SEC TIOl: 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
